Why Your Role Matters

As the Head of Campaign Operations, you play a pivotal role in ensuring our

campaigns deliver exceptional results for our clients. You’ll be the key architect behind our operations, ensuring Prospectiv’s services operate at peak efficiency, delivering measurable value for our clients.

Your Role

  • Oversee Campaign Operations: Take ownership of our client's campaign execution, from start to finish, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and performance goals are met across multiple client accounts.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the copywriting, data operations, inbox management, and deliverability teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with client goals.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimisation: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reply rates, lead rates and deliverability. Identify underperforming areas and implement strategies to optimise and improve outcomes.
  • Campaign Innovation: Introduce new strategies and tactics to enhance campaign effectiveness, leveraging industry best practices, tools, and technology.
  • Client Interaction: Maintain direct communication with clients to provide performance updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment between their goals and campaign execution.
  • Process Development & Improvement: Lead initiatives to refine and streamline internal processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability within the Campaign Operations team.
  • Email Deliverability: Own the monitoring and improvement of email deliverability metrics (bounce rates, reply rates, inbox placement) and resolve any deliverability challenges in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of client data, working with data teams to maintain high-quality prospect lists.
  • Technology Utilisation: Maximize tools like our SMTP mailbox providers, Outlook, Google, Apollo and Smartlead for campaign management, optimization, and reporting.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience in email deliverability strategies, and tools like Glockapps, Litmus or Return Path.
  • Proven track record of success in a B2B lead generation environment.
  • Familiarity with international campaign operations and a multicultural working environment.

What You Can Expect in Your First Year

1 Month:

  • Complete onboarding and become familiar with all tools, systems, and processes.
  • Start working closely with the Operations team and review live campaigns.

3 Months:

  • Take full ownership of campaign operations, including team leadership and strategic direction.
  • Begin refining and improving operational processes to enhance campaign output and performance.

6 Months:

  • Implement advanced optimization strategies to improve client success rates, campaign efficiency, and overall deliverability.
  • Begin leading the team towards scalability as Prospectiv expands.
